Is there a minimum order or hire?
There is no minimum required.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, 50% deposit is required to secure your items via bank
transfer. Balance is due 14 days before the event or prior to pick up.
Is there a bond?
Yes, refundable on return/collection of hired items in the
same condition as hired, no damage or loss.
What happens if I change my mind?
We
will happily change your order as required or refund if not able to supply.
Do you offer delivery and set up?
Yes, our fee varies depending on needs and location.
DIY Hire availability?
Yes, contact to discuss (except for arbours)
Is the hire price per day?
No, covers up to 4 days - we are very flexible & depending on availability. Items are usually collected on a Friday & returned on a Monday. Please contact us to discuss if needing longer & for a
price.
How do I make a booking?
Send through an enquiry with your selections of items you wish to hire and we will confirm availability.
Custom/Special Orders?
Yes of course. Many customers do prefer something unique and
would like to keep their flowers as a memento. As another option if you see something you like in our Gallery but prefer a different colour, just ask.
Hire or purchase?
The choice is yours – if you like anything from our hire range and would like to keep these flowers, we will make them up specially for
you to purchase.
Do you use fresh flowers?
No, we only use the highest quality artificial flowers. Sourced from a “preferred supplier list” – no seasonal availability concerns so you can have what you want all year round.
